On-the-job
We train people in their own offices, at their own desks. Our experience
is that computer training is most effective when the trainee can show us
exactly what they need to do their job. Our training concentrates on resolving
real problems rather than theoretical examples. For many years we have supplied
training for the basic office skills of using PCs, word-processing packages,
spreadsheets and databases. More recently, we have run sessions on e-mail,
virus protection and using the internet as an effective research tool.
Executive
We also offer one-to-one intensive coaching sessions for more senior managers.
We ask you which area of computing you want to know more about, explain
the IT principles governing that area, and apply them to real examples in
your business. The aim is to build your understanding of the issues involved
so you have a good grounding to plan your IT strategy. |
