For existing and potential customers, a company's web
site is the public face of the business. A good site
not only provides up-to-date information about products
and services, but also reflects the character of the
company. We build and manage web sites which range in complexity from simple sites like this one to more complicated sites connected to their own database. Each project involves the following steps: 1) Plan - Who is the target audience and what information do they want about a business? What are the main messages the client wants to tell these potential customers? 2) Build - We write the code for the web site. If required, we will help with domain name registration and setting up an account with a reputable internet service provider (ISP). 3) Promote - Like everything else in business, you cannot rely on chance. Once the web site is live you have to work to attract your audience. We ensure your site remains registered with all the major search engines and trade directories, and monitor the site's position in search engine results lists. 4) Respond - If people contact you by e-mail you have to have procedures in place to respond to them promptly with the information they have requested. We can help. 5) Update - Visitors to web sites need to know they are reading information that is up-to-date and accurate, otherwise they are wasting their time. As part of our service we do regular updates to ensure visitors know the information is current and the site is worth coming back to.
